  6. Poner los chiles desvenados (sin semillas) y pelados en la licuadora junto con una taza de espinacas, 1 taza de crema o media crema, 1 diente de ajo y ponerle el caldo de las verduras con consomé (ya no es necesario ponerle sal, porque el caldo ya tiene sal) y licuar
  7. Ya que esté listo agregarlo nuevamente a la olla dónde están las albóndigas y las verduras y dejar a fuego lento hasta que empiece a hervir, ya que empiece a hervir apagar y dejar tapado
  8. Y listooooo!!!! Ya puedes servirlo (opcional: una vez que lo sirvas en los platos, puedes ponerle unos cuadritos de panela y queda delicioso)
