  4. Con la carne picada que habíamos dejado reposar, armar bolitas del tamaño deseado y en una sartén con un poco de manteca dorar las albóndigas en todos su lados.
  5. Cuando ya se hayan dorado, incorporarlas a la salsa que habíamos preparado y calentar por unos minutos más.
