  2. Saltear las berenjenas hasta que estén tiernas, si es necesario agregar alguna cuchara de agua para que no se peguen, y agregar el vino, condimentar con sal, y especias
  3. Cuando estén tiernas, apartar, pisar con un pisapapas que queden desarmadas... agregar el huevo, el queso crema, pan rallado, queso rallado, rectificar los sabores, formar una pasta.
  4. Formar las albóndigas y pasar por la fécula y freír. Escurrir y apartar.
