- C/N sal y pimienta
- C/N condimento para relleno/pizza
- 3 huevos
- C/N orégano
- 1 cucharada provenzal

- Puré
- 3 papas grandes
- C/N leche
- C/N aceite
- C/N sal
- C/N queso crema
- 1/2 cuchara manteca
- Salsa de tomate
- 1 pote salsa de tomate de 500ml
- 3 tomates blanditos picaditos
- 1 cebolla picadita
- 1/2 caldo
- C/N azúcar (quita lo ácido)
- 3-4 hojas laurel
- C/N sal y pimienta
- 1/2 morrón rojo o verde
- C/N orégano
- 1/2 cucharadita ají molido
- C/N agua hervida (agregar hasta tapar las albóndigas)

- Puré: Pelar las 3 papas, y ponerlas a hervir en una cacerola con Sal a gusto. Hasta que queden bien blanditas. Luego colarlas, y con un tenedor o pisa papa, darle la forma de puré, agregando leche, queso crema, un chorrito de aceite, manteca (a elección) y sal a gusto.
- Albóndigas: En un recipiente, poner la carne picada, los 3 huevos, bastante pan rallado, sal y pimienta a gusto, provenzal, y los condimentos que ustedes prefieran. Mezclar todo, y empezar a hacer la forma de las albóndigas.
- Sellar las albóndigas: En una sartén, poner un chorrito de aceite. Meter las albóndigas, e irlas dando vuelta, y poniendo de costado, hasta que queden doraditas, sin desarmarse. No importa que no queden bien cocidas por dentro, porque se van a cocinar cuando se haga la salsa. (Dejar las albóndigas en un recipiente hasta empezar a hacer la salsa).
- Salsa: En la sartén, poner un chorrito de aceite, y agregar la cebolla picada y el morrón picado (hasta que la cebolla se ponga transparente). Empezar a agregar la salsa líquida, y los tomates picados. Sal y pimienta. Las hojas de laurel, orégano, 1/2 caldo. Condimentar a gusto. (Yo le pongo bastante azúcar, por mi ácidez). Irle agregando agua (yo la tenía en la pava hervida).
- Salsa: Cuando ya se está cocinando la salsa, agregar las albóndigas, y agregar agua hasta taparlas con salsa. Tapar la sartén con una tapa de cacerola, y dejar que se cocine la carne completamente. Ir girando las albóndigas. Siempre a fuego lento.
- Y listo! A comer ♡ Salieron riquísimas, con mucha salsa y puré.
